Lilia T. Tio

Lilia Tio is an Associate Professor 2 and currently the  GE Coordinator of UP Cebu and coordinator of the Creative Writing Program; did research and publication on UP Cebu Students’ English Writing Proficiency and English Language Competence; produced video documentary on old Cebuano song forms namely:  the daygon, the pasyon, the gozos, and the balitaw; writes short stories in Cebuano.
