Prof. Annie Perez-Gallardo, 24 BA Communication students toured the GMA 7 Skyview Complex in Barangay Apas, Cebu City.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>During the visit, students were given the opportunity to witness live broadcasts from DYSS and DYRT, the network\u2019s AM and FM radio stations. They also engaged in a brief interaction with reporters, editors, and the anchor of Balitang Bisdak, gaining valuable insights into the realities of broadcast journalism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The experience was capped off by observing the live broadcast of the network\u2019s flagship local newscast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>We extend our heartfelt thanks to GMA 7 Cebu Station Manager Ann Marie Tan and her team for warmly accommodating our students and for sharing their expertise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The activity underscores the program&#8217;s efforts to connect academic instruction with industry practice through learning beyond the classroom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of their requirement in Comm 130: Broadcast Principles and Practices under Asst.
