The project was presented under the guidance of course instructor Asst. Prof. Annie Perez-Gallardo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The collection featured five original student-produced broadcast features:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Esmen Carinderia: Beyond Recognition<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Latagaw<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pagdungog<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">KaWHYanan<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pan-de-Sipag<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Through documentary-style storytelling and feature production, the students examined themes of resilience, livelihood, belonging, and cultural memory, bringing attention to everyday narratives often left unheard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The event gathered students, faculty members, and guests in a shared space of reflection and storytelling, celebrating the power of communication and media in preserving local voices and lived experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Tap\u014dk reflects the continuing commitment of the BA Communication program to foster socially grounded, community-oriented storytelling through creative and critical media practice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Second Year BA Communication students under Comm 130-A officially launched Tap\u014dk, a broadcast-feature collection highlighting stories grounded in community, labor, memory, and everyday Cebuano life, on May 22 at the Interactive Learning Center.
