Annie Perez-Gallardo, a renowned local journalist of ABS-CBN and UP Cebu College of Communication, Art, and Design faculty member, spoke to some Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Cebu City Jail Male Dormitory (BJMP CCJMD) personnel about photojournalism and video editing last September 18 and September 29.
These seminars, which were attended by 36 prison custodial personnel, were part of the Jail Warden’s development programs.
