The LINANG: Mga Serye ng Pagsasanay para sa Pagpapaunlad ng Paglilingkod sa Pamantasan at Bayan training series kicked off at the Performing Arts Hall, inspired by the University’s motto, “Honor and Excellence in the Service of the Nation.” The training was organized and facilitated by the UP Office of the Vice President for Administration.
Held from November 20 to 22, the series aimed to enhance university and community service by equipping employees with skills and knowledge in three areas: relationship operations, workplace behavior, and quality work.
The first series was called Relationship Operations and Sensitivity Enhancement Seminar (ROSES) which aimed to deepen proficiency in interaction and operations of individuals within the organization.
The Work Attitude and Value Enhancement Seminar (WAVES) series taught participants how to cultivate proper behavior and values in the workplace.
The Completed Staff Work (CSW) aimed to promote quality work through strategic decision-making and effective management.
The College of Communication, Art, and Design (CCAD) was represented by faculty members and staff Maurice Jitty Villaester, Dominic Yasay, Marlen Limpag, and Cel Labajo.
