๐™‡ร๐™ˆ-๐˜ผ๐™’ is a Cebuano term for the water that remains after the continuous shifting of high tide and low tideโ€”neither fully sea nor fully land, but something in-between.

Created in cement and installed along the shoreline of San Remigio, the work sits at the meeting point of the man-made and the ocean-made.

The sea is not just a backgroundโ€”it is part of the making itself. Human intention gives the form, but the ocean continues it beyond what was made.

Nothing stays permanent, and nothing exists as only human-made.
