Among the key academic priorities identified for immediate action were revisions to the program curriculum, the offering of a new graduate program, updated guidelines for students' working spaces, the establishment of a gallery charter, an external quality assessment (EQA) of the programs, and preparations for the program's 50th founding anniversary and the Grand Fine Arts Alumni Homecoming in 2025.
